If you look, he has these hotkeyed. So he is probably actually ordering each one individually to keep turning. But they do this on their own sometimes.

Whaaat? You guys seriously don't know how to do this/how its done? This has been happening ever since turninplace was changed in the engine a long time ago. Its quite reproducible as well.

The circle driving thing kind of works with repeat and 4 waypoints. It's not too pretty, but it does work.

It can also be done by giving a move order to the left/right of the unit inside its turn radius.
