Unit icons not appearing as I zoom out?

Hi, returning player here

I'm having an issue where when I zoom out, I can no longer see enemy units. I remember there being an option for scaling when unit icons appear when zooming out, but can't find it to test if that's the issue. Anyone know where I can find that option?
