Added Custom explosions and effects to replace spring default explosions and effects.
Added more sounds mostly relating to the explosions.

Hlt still felt weak and llt was still too strong. The Same with picket and cleaver.

Nerfed llts dps from 90 -> 80.
Buffed hlts hp from 1200 to 1800.
Increased Pickets firerate from 2.85 -> 3.2
Nerfed pickets damange from 192 -> 185
Increased Pickets Cost from 110 -> 120
Buffed Cleavers hp from 975 -> 1000
Buffed Cleavers dps from 150 -> 175
Buffed Cleavers WeaponTurnrate from 3 -> 3.3

Added some new things too!

Added Panther.
Added BB.
Added Fusion Reactor.
Added Shatterer. forgot to add x) will be added in 1.2.1
