Fixed an error that made tidals show an error which was very annoying.

Also more balance too.

Mass cleaver is clearly becoming too op.

Nerfed cleavers dps from 17.5 -> 15.5
Nerfed cleavers hp from 1175 -> 1075

Swatter is now reworked into a more aoe flak type aa.

Buffed Swatters Weaponvelocity from 1000 - 1350
Nerfed Swatter reload time from 0.08 -> 0.22
Buffed Swatters aoe from 6 -> 164
Buffed Swatters bullet size from...
* size by 2 -> 3.25
* speration from 0.8 -> 2
* stages from 10 -> 14
Buffed swatters speed from 98 -> 106
Swatter now has 0.25 (25%) edgeeffectiveness
Increased swatters cost from 125 -> 180

Flow says to be an hit and run skirm but it never really felt like one.

Buffed Flows turnrate from 1150 -> 2000
