hi
if under linux, do you have enough right to do this ?

windows-user

tbh, this happens almost every second update for me, but it usually goes away "on its own" or with the next real update.

my guess is the two main culprits could be folder permissions.. this can be fixed sometimes by changing the install location too. or anti virus. if its not those im not sure

aaand there we go, works now.
Did someone change anything game-wise? Or is it really on my side?

if hardware issue == tue then,
problems writing to a drive for a specific program is not usual because it would affect other things too
else if software issue == true then,
maybe some kind of permissions or antivirus or directory indexing issue.. as i understand its not running the game thats an issue rather just installing the game

I don't think anything notable changed in the wrapper. Have you tried downloading the standalone exe again?

No, not yet, I will do this the next time the problem appears and then report the results. Thanks for the help so far.
