To manage a team of 4,
D I V I D E :smilingimp: :skull:
... divide the team. 1 player sustains the team (backbone, mexes, whatever). 2 player dreams big plans. 3 player acts as voice of reason. 4[null] player thinks how to fail as a team. With the 4th player predicting the worst before the best plan fails, the team becomes a versatile team for most situations. Furthermore, the roles are soft and malleable, meaning that lack of strict decision does not sabotage a game, nor does the management require fancy explanations, unlike most masterplans that I was suggested.
This is pure theory, purely for fun. Don't linger on the note like some of you did last times.
