s1944 AI respect spawn boxes

Anyone know a way to get C.R.A.I.G. to stop spawning in the center of the map in spring 1944?

Gotcha. Sadly, I don't know much about spring development, and while I'm willing to learn, I'm currently living in an area with no internet and one bar of 4g. I may have to revisit this in a few months then.
