In the lobby I always see a lot of accounts that don't have a level/ranking icon and have a question mark instead. What are these?
My first guess was that they just have never played casual/mm so they don't have a ranking at all, but others say they see the accounts as a gray chevron.
I'm using Windows/Steam client if that makes any difference.
Also when I right click them, they don't have a "user page" contextual menu item despite having a user page if searched on the site.
My second guess was it's the list of people that hate me, but it's too short.
