Firstly,

SnuggleBass is right. Moderation often uses multiple reports as well as previous behaviour. Crafting responses to reporters would add a lot to the workload, or if half-arsed, give a misleading view of how moderation works. Eg there might be no action after a report, but later it contributes to a ban, which a "ban/no ban" stock response would hide. Replying to reporters would also invite conversation, which would take even more time. Just send reports and we'll sort it out. If the behaviour continues, then send more reports.
Secondly, it sort of is just you, or at least your attitude. The first interaction between you and

Arjack is when you call him clueless and try to vote kick him. Then you abuse each other for a bit and you try to kick him again. Now you act all surprised when he struck back. The moderators are not going to be used as tools to perpetuate such a feud. If it escalates, you're probably both getting banned, but we must have decided that the game was insufficiently derailed to warrant it.
Knowing both you an

Arjack, there are likely to be less ambiguous reasons for bans in the future anyway. And if there aren't, great! It's just quite hard to see how escalation via moderator helps us get to the world where you both fix your behaviour. You have two options at this point. You can continue to try to force us to enact your vengeance for you, maybe even by goading

Arjack again, and get banned. Maybe he'll respond in such a way that requires a ban too. Or you could take the lesson about dealing out abuse to become a better person.
Unfortunately, your journey of self-improvement will likely lack moderator support. Spurious reports harm the attention given to future reports, and this one is going to stick in my mind due to the repeated review and extra attention spent on it. Plus I spent most of my

Fumica-moderation-mana nipping your drama thread in the bud via this post. So if you send reports they'd better be crystal-clear. Perhaps leave it to people in better standing.
