dgun is a slow projectile so predictive attak can fail to find a target solution if you actualy click on units.. did you do a ground attack or a unit attack with dgun? i recommend ground attacks only for reliability.

sometimes the cerb is raised or lowered and the height distance subtracts from the weapons range.. as the projectile travels hugging the surface?
