add the nebula as a strider-it could be a drone support unit like old funnelweb
just do random experiments with balance. 500k hp detriment that costs 1 billion metal? sure! triple speed pyro? go for it!
add a gamerule to turn off zkommunism-although ive heard its built into the game and would be hard to turn off

a new gamemode but i cant remember what i was thinking of... i might remember it. it had something to do with ffa.
another big giant unit. my reasoning is that bar has like, 2-6 depending on your definition and zero k has between 1 and 3. although i do understand we dont NEED more and detri is enough.
a new ranking system based on points. there is a finite number of points. win games and take them from your opponents. you start at zero.
a second torpedo turret thats larger. think water deso. that way you can re-add the serpent. (i know about its existence despite the cia coverup)
to expand on the nebula, maybe it could also carry units, maybe 4 medium a dozen or so smaller units or one large unit
buff big bertha
make the disco rave party shoot normal plasma projectiles, the rainbow thing feels too silly for muh super serious game
add better spider arty, but make it a laser so that the range is spherical and wont be too bad on hills.
unredact the serpent and whatever other units that were added and then... censored for NO REASON-i hope i didnt unknowingly break a secret code and now a 3 letter agency is coming after me for mentioning the serpent
map trees that regrow after some time-maybe an hour or two as an easter egg
