I think it will be very beneficial for players to have the ability to create reminders in custom time intervals. Like, for example, you get to create a reminder where every 2 minutes you will get a message to "build energy" or in every 10 minutes you get a message to "scout base".

The reminder could appear in the chat (visible only to the player) in a distinct coloured text along with some kind of notification sound. That's just an idea though, there might be better ways to implement it.

That's an interesting idea, I know absent minded people like myself would definitely benefit from that. I wonder if there is a widget for this.

A similar feature I think would be cool would be a notifying sound when a factory or constuctor finishes its queue (different sound for factory and constructor), it would be helpful so people don't have to look at the bottom left of the screen all the time. Like whenever you hear the small sound cue you just press z and get working right away.
