A Buff that makes knight more consistent

I'd like to propose a buff to knight that would make it more consistent by raising its weapon height to be able to shoot over certain wrecks and units, a tall unit like that not being able to shoot over an ogre wreck feels bad while many other units will get damage for free on knight because of it.

this doesnt change any unit stats and knight stays overall the same, just lets it do its job, i have experience in 3D modeling and would be more than happy to make the adjustments to the knight model if needed

knights weapon is already RNG and it will miss 100% of the shots it cant take because of the weapons height

hmm. it currently fires from the weapon it carries in a heavy lumbering stance.. to change that would be a huge rework.. maybe a more thematic tweak would be if the shot is blocked by a wreck it could penetrate the wreck and do a kind of arc animation from the wreck it hits.. like its electrified the wreck.. it would be unique and interesting at-least.. and would look cool..

Big buff remove knight and add wizard who looks like a horse-mounted bearded robot with a staff pointed to the sky that shoots from upon high.

I would prefer faster aiming, I hate when it chooses to retarget something when nearly aimed at something else then slowly turning to other target just for it to then choose another one and start the process over. Takes so much damage this way.

I think wrecks weirdly blocking shots is a generalized problem that has nothing to do with knights.
Wrecks will even block paladin shock guns while smaller units somehow manage to shoot at the pala "through" the wrecks.

I also don't think knights need any sort of buff. They're already pretty good at killing raiders despite being assaults, even thought I keep saying raiders aren't counters to assaults and seemingly everybody else saying otherwise. Knights also tend to make good attrition due to if they win you can't run becasue of stun. Your only choice is to not engage them at all unless you are sure to crush them.
