How to fix default Overkill Prevention state?
I want it off for Fencers. But i set the Default State in the menu and it does nothing.

the only thing i know is clear the game Zero-K\cache contents.. but this is more likely an actual bug

try setting it to default as something else and see if it sticks.. ie can you get any of its states to stick at all?
