Doesn't exist apparently when I try to buy it, even though it is in the list of buy-able structures. When I click on buy it brings me to a white page with small black letters saying structure doesn't exit. Bug or not ready yet?

Ok,they do seem to exist. It just took me a couple times pressing the link and even though it says doesn't it exit it eventually places one on planet

Occasionally happens to all buildings.
Refreshing the planet's page and THEN building the structure usually helps.
