The map ladder is a bit tricky to find, but it exists
here. Map ratings are based on how often they are chosen in a 4-way !map vote.
The map ladder should be read with some caution: new maps tend to get a honeymoon period, and if a map is unfeatured or untagged for teams during its honeymoon it does not appear in many !map votes after that so it tends to retain its rating. You can filter for featured maps, but not by map tags. The uncertainty number will give you some idea if something weird is going on.
I like a lot of the highly-rated, low-uncertainty maps on that ladder. The first one I think I would say I do not like is Aquatic Divide at #34. Even it is not terribly bad, though. Storm Siege at #39 is definitely a dislike.
In terms of actual
best map, putting modesty aside...
1v1: TitanDuel, but it has stiff competition from Cobalt Dream and many others
Small teams: Faultline, honourable mention to Red Comet and several other maps
Medium/large teams: Comet Catcher, honourable mentions to Valles Marineris and Inculta
