OK, turns out the bandit had too much dps. About 20% according to GoogleFrog.
The new stable has the correct values, which is about the same as the 13%cost increase i proposed.
So, this should conclude this experiment.

Well to truly conclude the experiment you need to check the new values effectiveness against the same targets
and assess the impact of the change

Every engine version stuffs around with DPS values, sometimes significantly. Google has an empirical DPS thing set up to count these kinds of changes, which is why you sometimes see things like this happening. :/
