The outlaw's DPS has been nerfed by more than half. I dont see why it was OP in the first place or why it has less than half the DPS it had. Please reconsider, or have the DPS slightly nerfed rather than going crazy. I think that i will not be playing sheld for a wile becuase of this imporant unit being made almost usless.

Slow damage remains unchanged I think. Considering Bandits are pretty tough Shieldbots shouldn't have too big of a problem with raiders.

Well i havent used them yet but reducing the dps by 60% might be a tad extreme.
But you have to keep in mind that outlaw + thugs = unkillable mobile deathzone (U.M.D.) is what they tried to nerf here so lets see how it plays out. I dont expect outlaws to perform very well alone though.

Seems that you can reliably tick the Outlaws now. I also think that was a rather extreme nerf.

no godde you cant XD a retreating outlaw slows tick enough that it wont reach the outlaw
i remember in a test game i played i had a tick chasing my outlaw for like 1/3 the map though
did they remove delay completley for outlaw now?

Don't forget Felon was designed to be a Tick counter too. Unless you talk about cloaked ones.
