UPDATE: Issue has been resolved, newest version of NOTAlobby will not be blocked. Please update. -@KingRaptor

NOTA lobby is going to be blocked in 3 days (non compliance with lobby protocol). Because lobby information is cached for up to 3 days please stop using it now.

Would you not just be able to switch lobby in 3 days or does it block your spring account or something? And when you say "non compliance with lobby protocol" you mean the GPL violation?

Do "Lobby ID" mean lobby name and version in LOGIN message ?
I ask to make sure flobby is ok with zk/springie.

NOTALobby is by far the nicest looking and most feature complete Spring lobby.

How will this affect people who play both ZK and NOTA? Is the lobby just going to be blocked from ZK autohosts, or will the user get blocked by ZK autohosts if it detects him logging in with NOTALobby? Or am I missing it completely and something else is going to happen?

I thought nota lobby was blocked because PepeAmphere broke the gpl liscense agreement and made it proprietary...

You shall not speak of Notta lobby there (also dont try to mention Spring MT).

If notalobby refuses to send lobby ID how do you know who is using it? (since you need to know who is using it in order to block it)
Then, since you know who is using notlaobby because otherwise you wouldn't be able to block it, there is no need to block it..
I'm confused...

Also, wouldn't it be better to just make the server ignore lobbies which are not in some kind of allowed lobbies list?

i am curious about this too

btw, if its just the LOGIN argument, maybe we could edit the binary with some hex editor and add the lobby info to the string?
