Interesting. The whole shieldball got emp'd disarmed, which apparently broke shield link even after the disarm wore off. The felon was in the middle of multiple fully charged aspis but didn't get any shield charge transferred, so it was left to its own regen.

Note the missing shield link lines:


This was 91.0 though. It's weird how this is the first time this issue pops up, seeing as how long 91 is in use now. On the other hand, it might be fixed in 96.0+...

iirc, shield only link when they touch, so a small shield inside a bigger shield does not link nor share charge. This might be what happened.

xponen recently redid shield link somehow. A fix for that is coming soon.
