The idea was to have a big map wich played like any small 1v1 map. Thats why i placed the startlocations relatively close to each other. The good thing about this placement is that you can expand in more directions, but also, can get raided from every direction. There are high hills around your base that block radar sight. So you'll have to think about radar placement and active scouting. Kbots can get anywhere on the map while vehicles can not get onto the middle hills and the upper left/lower right corners.

Its a good map I like it but I still think its better as 3vs3 to 5vs5. Just starting close does not make it 1vs1.

Vehicles sucks on this map.

If you really want a map which is good for any factory, to make your 3 hills in the middle lower.
If you don't want terraforming, it would be good to make a deep ditch around it.

A northeast high-metal mex is missing textures on the minimap. Didnt check ingame.

Also the mirror mex spot southwest is farther away from the 3-mex starting location. This is because the southwest 3-mex location is a bit further north.

There's another mex missing texture at north-west, in the northen passage.
