Yay for starcraft maps! I wonder if this one will play as well as ravaged does.

As a side note, the new shuffler allows duel maps with >2 start points like Lost Temple so there won't be a problem in porting just any SC map.

Yay you have to reclaim in order to mex first -.- brilliant!
Not to mention that it makes some mexes unkillable from some angles. Like for example I used banshees to sweep for CAI mexes and surprise surprise their lasers were deflected by crystals spires... even more that my ground units refused to attack one mex that was basically clipping into one of the crystal spires. It was maddening.

Sprung this is "porting". This is just looking at the shape of orginal and making a new map out of it thats all. Ravaged was kinda ported (because heightmap) Akilion was just remade.

I looked at the map and IMO the features ruin it:
* ultra ugly and non-fitting
* block mex spots
* too much reclaim

Perhaps a featurelos version would be good.

Also a less Starcrafty version would be nice too.

I don't see how having to reclaim before mexing is an issue.

The map itself is sandy whereas the spires are volcanic which IMO looks bad. They also come from OTA and have approximately 7 polygons.

Well if map objects block projectiles without blocking construction (there are many maps with similar issues), then of course that will need to be fixed as well. I'm just saying that reclaim being a requirement before mexing is not an issue.

No, they do block construction but there is like a forest of them so after you reclaim the one blocking the mex some still remain to block shots.

Mexes on top left are invincible due to features. They can be built without reclaiming.

Reduced to Supported due to mex invulnerability issues.

Expecting to never see it again because forb doesn't think it is an issue.

What's the license? It should be easy to accidentally the features as long as Forb doesn't mind.

I'd rather they got transposed to different places, and texture matched to that. Maybe just moving mexes would be easier.

I think either case requires the sources.

Just removing features will leave volcanic patches still present, but now, meaninglessly.
