A truly playable version.

Changelog v3:
- Smoothed all terrains (except steep mountains). Now you can walk up on beaches without terraforming
- Made the channel between England and France more walkable
- Made some "openings" so you can access Hungary from Poland, Romania and you can walk up on the German hills and into Northern Italy from Hungary.
- Flattened some France make a connection to the ocean.
- Added information boxes in the oceans
- Mexed up the mex placements
