I'm not exactly sure what @Forever was doing wrong, but there's a few things that stuck out:

1. No eco. He had 80% of the map and still less metal (and WAAAY less energy) income than Skasi. Partly because:

2. Skasi getting tons of reclaim. Yes, he kept losing his unattended brawlers to razors, but they still usually died in or near his base and cons.

3. Forever not going in for the kill. He had like 2 waves of bandits that wrecked a windfield each, but aside from that he made... thunderbirds.
