Yes I buried Failer's com while it BELONGED to me(Failer wasn't in game and had never been before that moment and some time after it), nothing harmful there - it costed me 100m or so, depth was -60 or so. Easily to come back if needed and it's normal practice in some cases as I did not intend to use com and enemy had air superiority - it was just a metal cell.
