Recently I played FFA game and at 40 min my ISP disconnected me, I asked 100 time to pause the game for 5 min so I could catch up(I have really fast PC), but by the time I was in game I was dead.

Actually as a generic feature, let any player participating in game but catching up press pause button resulting in saying hardcoded phrase - "Please pause the game, thanks!"(or let him actually pause the game with explanation message)
