[q]I would certainly say that a map with water in the middle and a significant fraction of the resources on a large body of land on each side (this map, Small Supreme *, Sapphire Shores) is one of the failure cases of current sea. [/Q]

So ships can be slightly OP in water compared to other facs (cuz amphs have advantage od going dry), and be balanced against each other, while 3 amphib (hovs + current ambhib and the new one) would fullfill supportive role in water.

This way one of the two ships fac would be dominating on pure water maps, but still be competitive on mixed ones, ruling the water.

Currently,
at
least
hovers,
are
balanced
do
they
are
able
to
fight
with
ships,
which
may
be
good
on
water
map,
but
the
ability
to
both
fight
ships
evenly
and
access
lans
makes
them
a
no
choice
over
ships
on
mixed
ones.
