| 3 | EDIT: Researching further into that german court case, I can see your perspective here. A public broadcaster was found guilty of improper use of the cc-by-nc-2.0 photo. From what I can tell german prosecution made up their own definition of "noncommercial" as any use that's non-private. Aside from being totally bogus, it's something that was addressed in newer versions of CC licenses, which now provide a definition of noncommercial. |
