1 Percentile and numeric rank are not really informative data points. They change according to how many players are active and how many pros/nabs are active. This is why the new color system is unreliable. If there are a lot of good players returning to the game, everyone elses percentile (and their rank colors) will go down, but their skill hasn't changed. You can also have someone in the 4th percentile and he could be only marginally more skilled then someone in the 14th percentile. 1 Percentile and numeric rank are not really informative data points. 3 To clarify, WHR points are better at measuring skill then percentile. I think they should be used for colors instead of percentile.
