The main counter to orbital jack insertion is to have an attentive air player. A GS switch for harpies (can attack while jack is landing due to cylindrical range), gnats (for dealing with landed jacks), or banshees should stop any orbital jack insertions on the spot. It is important to keep in mind that orbital jacks require high attention and depending on set up may not allow for multiple insertions at the same time. Each jack must be attentively watched for unless widgeted (which then removes the ability to precisely pick where jacks are).
