1 I'm not sure why the level and rank restrictions have been exposed (as opposed to the elo restriction). The most obvious use I see for these two restrictions is capriciously preventing certain people from playing (for instance, !maxlevel 280 makes a room which Firepluk and only Firepluk is arbitrarily disallowed from playing in). In fact, I'm not sure the level restriction has any *other* reasonable use.
