Jumpers don't have any way to kill a lance protected by bolas. If you want to go expensive, then build and morph cloaker and try to sneak attack it with puppies. The probably better solution is to fac switch to air and Raven them down. I wouldn't make Pyros at all when enemy is making bolas. They just loose so horribly.

At the end u had the right idea - just retreat your army, keep vision with puppies, you may bait them to go forward with juicy target like a jugglenaut and come for sneak attack with puppies in cloaker. Don't bring Pyros or they will teamkill puppies or risk to reveal you on accidental fire.
