I
just
dont
understand
how
amphbots
fight
reavers,
or
even
cloakbots
for
that
matter.
People
seem
to
love
to
complain
about
how
cloakbots
are
countered
by
amphbots,
but
I
just
don't
see
it.
Cloakbots
can
greatly
strengthen
their
armies
for
such
low
cost,
meanwhile
its
extremely
fucking
expensive
for
amphbots
to
make
an
army
that
could
frankly
be
countered
extremely
easily
by
a
cloakbot
opponent.

In most games, the biggest offender for this interaction is reaver. Amphs have no easy counter to reaver. reavers can be mixed in with glaives, and its almost impossible for amphs to deal with them at all. Sure, lots of bulkhead can be hard for reaver to attack into, or a ball of bouys could skirmish reaver, but these are very expensive, over the top counters to such a low committal amount of reavers, mixed into an army. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here, I've had multiple games where a reaver is made, and I'm just trying to find a unit I can possibly MAKE to even deal with it. i know porc is supposed to kill reavers, and I suppose aggressive porc can work to even take space before reavers can be feilded, but its so incredibly easy for cloakys to counter porc that I'm really lost as to what I'm supposed to do when I see a reaver. I would like some addition insight on this issue, as I clearly just cannot comprehend what I'm supposed to do...
