while

Quills
smooths
resource
spikes.
It
gives
them
an
advantage
of
reclaiming
in
contested
areas
where
other
cons
with
more
armor,
shields,
or
cloak
were
clearly
stronger.
Now
Quills
can
go
in,
reclaim
for
3
seconds
and
retreat.
May
be
backed
by
a
single
conjurer
to
give
them
cloak.
Hopefully
they
don't
run
into
a
snitch.
