9 * The map bans have been simplified from p1-p2-p2-p1, p1 pick (the useless 4th ban system) to p1-p1-p2-p2, p1 pick, with the loser of every game getting to ban 3 maps from the pool, which will sit at a consistent 8. This should throw some more power into the hands of p2 when banning while also making the 4th ban actually functional. Full rules have been updated to be consistent with this ruling. 9 * The map bans have been simplified from p1-p2-p2-p1, p1 pick (the useless 4th ban system) to p1-p1-p2-p2, p1 pick, with the loser of every game getting to ban 3 maps from the pool, which will sit at a consistent 8. 11 * Section 1.1.1 has been added to the rules, which invokes a 45 minute time limit on games in order to keep brackets running efficiently. 11 * Section 1.1.1 has been added to the rules, which invokes a 45 minute time limit on games in order to keep brackets running efficiently.

13 * I know I have said before that I have been disapproving of random maps as they, at least in my mind, took away from competitive integrity. However, after casting the latest 2v2 tournament as of the time of me writing this (8/6) I am willing to admit that some of them are consistent enough to at least be considered for testing in LR tournaments. As such, Random Plateaus will see a few appearances in our rotation this season. 13 * I know I have said before that I have been disapproving of random maps as they, at least in my mind, took away from competitive integrity. 19 * There will be 10 weekly tournaments in this season, plus a 11th tournament that will take the top 16 tourney participants (calculated using a TrueSkill algorithm). This last tournament will decide a season champion. 19 * There will be 10 weekly tournaments in this season, plus a 11th tournament that will take the top 16 tourney participants (calculated using a TrueSkill algorithm). 21 * The tournaments may vary between 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and FFA. The tournaments may not always be in order, so don't always count on the next week being that type of tourney. 21 * The tournaments may vary between 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and FFA. 23 * I will be in college this time around, so USA government holidays are likely to be break weekends for this series, as I will likely be going home to help my parents. That being said, if anyone would like to shoot me a message on discord to cover those weekends, feel free. 23 * I will be in college this time around, so USA government holidays are likely to be break weekends for this series, as I will likely be going home to help my parents.
