10 i feel like athena is a far stronger and flexable option compared to units like imp that are hard to use or units like blastwing that get hard-countered by defender turrets or reef that is over shadowed by other sea compositions

12 zk has many units that struggle to stay useful late game.. and even some units (quake) that are barly worth it at all
13 but athena can atleast always be useful as a highly mobile factory / spy / rez / rec
