im genxer and see things as git as counterproductive, you focus on tiny stuff too much with it imo, tho at scale of what zk is today maybe its a good thing. im big fan of waterfall approach, tho scrum and ci is cool as well, it leads over long time to "death marches" and burnouts and depletion of resources
