cloaked lance spam with a few aa and mace mixed in can be countered... but i would call it an over powered combo.. because the danger it poses vs the difficulty in countering it is a much more powerful combination then the same cost in an under-powered level 20 troll commander

im not saying a level 20 troll commander cant decimate a good number of squishy fencers.. but that the targets it can effectively engage are in some way comparatively less prevalent, diverse or critical and that directly translates to reduced combat effectiveness in a complex dynamic battle..

ogre is not without numerous counters.. but i consider it a bit op due to its flex aa.. great damage and fire rate and massive aoe.. yes it lacks range and hp.. but its still one of the strongest units in the game as it can defeat a vast majority of all units... does it post an issue.. no because as you say it can be countered because its selectively op and gets obliterated by anything tanky or better ranged
