1 Thanks a bunch for looking into this. Agreed that "user error" is not really the right term here, but it's pretty damn close in that as the user, I can kind of prevent it from happening by angling properly from the onset. 1 Thanks a bunch for looking into this. 3 Could one of the main contributors be placement of the rearming pad? Like, if the pad is close to the middle of the base, then there's s a 50% chance that it'll hang north and 50% chance that it'll hang south. But if the rearming pad is on the far north side, it's much easier to predict where it'll go. . ? Not sure if that's actually how that works - just spitballing. 3 Could one of the main contributors be placement of the rearming pad? 5 Think we talked about this a long while back. IIRC, one of the conclusions was that if it's already banking towards the rearm pad then gets a command that would lead it to banking the other direction, it'd just be a simple calculation to check if the time to get to the rearm pad is longer if it needs to switch to banking the opposition direction. 5 Think we talked about this a long while back. 7 Two other thoughts: 7 Two other thoughts:
8 -Have the UI point out which direction the likho will go after it bombs. 8 -Have the UI point out which direction the likho will go after it bombs.
9 -An attack command won't just fly directly straight, but instead automatically attempts to kite the bomb drop at an angle. 9 -An attack command won't just fly directly straight, but instead automatically attempts to kite the bomb drop at an angle.
