13 First, "stunned" would also mean shockley, aka silo. Second, desolator is already a bit like that, and I find it pretty unfun to play against it, if you can`t go around it. The thing is that pylons are quite easy to protect and - especially - to rebuild. So overall I personally can`t imagine anything like you propose, but that does not mean I am not convinceable. 13 First, "stunned" would also mean shockley, aka silo.
