@CarRepairer: Is there a setting to make the player focus not change when selecting units? If so, I could just go into spectator view (hit '0') and have the vision from all players' units at once, rather than one at a time. That would keep all players' units in vision while making it obvious where there are units at all.

I
can
definitely
zoom
in
more,
and
I
would
like
to.
I
enjoy
showing
off
visual
effects,
but
I
also
want
to
make
sure
the
viewer
doesn't
get
disoriented.
As
for
outlines,
as
nice
as
ZK
models
are,
they
aren't
(
nor
should
they
be)
photorealistic.
People
tend
to
complain
a
lot
less
about,
and
often
even
praise,
non-photorealistic
graphics
when
they
have
a
hard
outline
or
are
Cel
shaded.
Those
effects
tend
to
skew
expectations
away
from
reproductive
fidelity
and
towards
aesthetic
appeal.
