Disagreed. I mean, aside from the fact that your own suggested rules violate that (insult punishment depends on what the other player did... Like, seriously? That's what you call equality?), fixing penalties like that makes no sense. Calling somebody a dick once or going all out racist, obscene and abusive with every insult you can think of are very different things and clearly can't be handled the same way.

Yet the latter user could insist on a one hour mute if the insulted person violated some minor "rule" (which could already be caused by a slight misunderstanding/miscommunication). Makes sense? No.
