It's very impressive what you've done with CA in the last few years, but I'm disappointed there still isn't any support for the AZERTY keyboard layout (as well as other common layouts?).

I used to have some layout problems too (couldnt draw, put labels nor change building facing)
I solved it by editing the keybind file using key codes (under linux there is some app that shows you the pressed key's keycode
There should be an easier way though

Yes, especially that now in Zero-K, to have complete support, you would need to edit the menu on the lower left, and the radial build menu as well...

Oh yea I forgot.
The first step would be to track down car and see if anything like this exists.
If it doesn't exist I would implement it as a widget with epic menu settings to switch layouts. This widget would call functions of other widgets (placed in a WG table) to notify them that the key layout has changed. Each widget with key-position-dependant keybinds would need this to be implemented.
