If you feel a moderator has acted unjustly, you may bring it up respectfully and through the appropriate channels; however, mute/ban dodging of any kind is punishable by immediate banning of any alternate accounts used and an extension or increase in the original punishment.

Admins don't act on their own. All penalties I have seen have been issued with the agreement of at least 2 admins, usually 3 when more are available. Even if Alcur didn't pick up on it, one of the others would.

There have been an increasing amount of defaming attacks on admins recently and it must stop.

lol Sponge you said they have to be confirmed by other admins, as though that makes any difference when all admins are basically the same person, take you for instance, you're fairly new in zk but you just started citing rules etc and acting like a soulless sheep and hurrah, another clueless 12 year old recruit for the admin army!

"Respect Penalties" may be a 'rule' but respect actually has to be earned, and I dont know what is these so called "appropriate channels" as far as I understand there are no "channels" available at all, if you get banned, that's it- you can't post on forum, talk in lobby or even go on mumble, so that's bs

You can rant about how you should be allowed to harm the player base. You can rant about how the admins run a nazi/north korean regime. It makes no difference. You will still be banned and muted for harming the player base and causing trouble for a lot of people. I suggest you stop twisting this rope ASAP.

Also, why don't you simply quit ZK? You seem to despise the conditions here and fail to change them with your continual grossly unreasonable criticism. Leaving the community could be a hassle-free solution to the problems of both parties.

PS. this incident considerably reduced my belief in your underlying sensibility. Therefore, to some extent, the previous leniency accorded is a thing of the past.

Overprivileged white boy GBrank[Fx]Drone would like people to believe that admins randomly ban people left and right for no reason. In reality, of the 2381 accounts above level 10, only 62 (2.6%) have ever received a lobby, forum or site ban that the server can remember. Only 27 (1.1%) more than once. And this includes smurfs.

GBrankTheSponge, that was not my doing. The CoC already is a joke. It's been an issue since before it was created - that's why nobody felt like writing it for such a long time. Did you ever read it? Do you understand it thoroughly?

Also, instead of saying "people like x" you should say "actions like x". It is actions you condemn, not humans. Please keep this in mind.
