A rather ambitious large-scale renewable energy experiment.

Possibly the main reason singus were invented.

interesting that north has much much better eco

i suspect that the investment returns faster allowing the eco to pay back longer leading to a rapidly accelerating ramp-up over fusions

The eco numbers are impressive, but keep in mind that:

1) Qrow was leeching energy from the overdrive of South with magpie spam
2) South's dedicated eco players were making excessive pylons which is extremely inefficient.
3) South took their mex slower, meaning North was substantially ahead in the eco they could invest in overdrive.

But yes, granular eco is a lot better at the start.

Also, QuietMute, it's not the eco player's job to pylon your front line cerb. That requires them to be aware of the whole map which is an unreasonable expectation for the majority of players. They were aware of it, but they were also on the other side of the base. You were demanding they send a worker from the other side of the base when you had your setup right there.
