It happened pretty regularily from 50+ minutes into the game. Ultra-derpiness was found in minute ~65. Whats a ticket?

Isnt this firestate related ? Starlight has a problem when it has "fire at will" state. If it's on that even if you target som1 on the map the laser will go back and forth over and over again trying to select between the target you chose and the closest enemy on the radar map.
