So, how wise hats that think navy isn't absolute trash against amphbots, would comment on following match?
I'll just go through the game.

Here are some notes on the start.
  • Use Hunters in groups larger than one to feel the power of its ability to 2-shot Duck.
  • Try to avoid fighting Duck in shallows, as the range advantage of Hunter is lost above the water. That said, running at the Duck in the first engagement would have killed it with no loss.
  • Early Corsair looks almost like cheese to me. It is countered by Cutter and Seawolf, both of which are more common openings, as well as a Amph start. Sending the Corsair across the map alone is definitely a mistake.
By this point, 3 minutes in, you have sent two Hunters and a Corsair across the map, one by one, and lost them. You need to make more raiders and group them up to apply more pressure. With Ships the early raider armies are mostly Hunter and Cutter, depending on the matchup.

Onto economy. You needed to start expanding earlier and did not need to start constructing a Fusion. The expansion here is too late and, since USrankdbo3 has an army, too greedy. The Siren in your base probably should have been an army of Hunters. Eight Hunters could easily project both of your constructors while they make metal extractors and defenses.
