Old admin CoC document

I found this on the old googlecode wiki. It's nearly three years old so I assume it's no longer valid but maybe it should be updated.

Whats teh point of updating the CoC? Admis dont follow it anyway.

Isn't a "I lsot my com" or "My team is a bunch of noobs" a valid "reason" that needs to be "inquired" before "temporary banning"?

Yeah, I should have specified that this is not an official document. Maybe if it's updated it could be useful in preventing rage threads.
