USrankStrog, Hmm, your team lost, so your play was for sure suboptimal.

I'm no expert in 2v2, still:

1. Strange fac-choice. It's a flat map essentially.
2. Lost distant (strange) expand to enemy air.
3. The way you played with glaives and rockos is not the way to play against scorchers, so attrition failure.
4. BY 10th minute enemy outecoed your team quite a lot. Also lack of buildpower on your side.
5. 12th minute - lost comm to 2 reapers, could have saved comm in terra-hole.

Death by thousand cuts by 16th minute. Stats would say a lot for you.

Generally you did not bad according to your elo level, but there is always a room for improvements :)

@ 1: Factory choice was not strange. Cloakies are viable pretty much everywhere. Yes Scorchers pretty much hardcounter Glaives on wide flat maps, but there's always things like Ticks.

Your first constructor walked very far away from your starting location. Where you trying to sneak in a hidden expansion?

Your first Glaive died to a laser tower while shooting at a mex that it had no chance to destroy. It would have been better to fire at least one shot at the solar collector to make it close for reduced energy output.

You don't really need Rockos against either vehicles or air on a large open map. It's too easy to dodge rockets when there's plenty of space. Better spam Glaives and Gremlins, add a Tick or two ~5 minutes into the game and place them in locations where you expect raider swarms. (do you know how to use Ticks?)

Don't run Glaives into Scorchers. Scorchers deal massive damage at melee range. Try to kite them a bit (not too much cause they outrange Glaives) and use Glaives' high turnrate to try and dodge a couple shots.

Use Solar Collectors to create walls. Add small holes to the Solarwalls (1-2 tiles) and place defenses behind them. This 1) lowers Scorchers insane melee damage against defenses by keeping them at range and 2) messes with vehicle's pathing (wheels are bad for turning in place).

Maybe use Scythes to harass. Not sure if they're any good against air players who can just 1-shot them with opRavens. Anyway, you'd have to hide them for a while after every single kill.

Build less Razors. First of all Razors suck against Ravens (unless you have epic micro skills and close them just before Ravens drop their bombs). Second the map is wide and open so statics are much less effective.

I'd say the game was pretty much over after 10 minutes so I'm not commenting on anything beyond that.
