* and = tags break math

Sprung has found out why all math posts are broken now.

It would be good if somebody undid this change entirely that turned * and = into bold text tags and makes them unusable. There should be [b] for this instead. This post has even been doubled in a strange way.

(Also LaTeX for the forum would be cool :)

I think Licho is mixing in MarkDown into the syntax of this forum, which is good because phpBB-style codes are very anachronistic and markdown is the new shiznit for formatting forum posts.

edit: looks like it's just bold so far.

I like that this turns math posts unintelligible and messy, makes me remember NeonSturm and his awesome threads.

markdown has always annoyed me.
